A Little Prince Art Centre has officially opened its doors in the 1949 Park of Creative Headquarters, located on Dongba Road in the Chaoyang district. A themed exhibition to mark the 80th anniversary of The Little Prince, entitled “Dream with Me”, and a musical based on the work are on show. Olivier d’Agay, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s grand-nephew, opened the Art Centre on 3 July.
The themed exhibition brings classic scenes from the tale to life. The immersive exhibition allows visitors to watch the sunset, stroll through the flower gallery, and walk through the starry sky in artistic designs, origami statues, manuscripts, and paintings.
Advised by French consultants and incorporating a professional team and international talent, the Art Centre represents a bridge for cultural exchange and friendship between China and France.
The 80th anniversary-themed exhibition, “Dream with Me”, and the musical opened on 29 June, International Little Prince Day, the anniversary of Antoine de Saint Exupéry’s birth.
Fans of all ages from all over the world are invited to discover the world of the Little Prince in this unique location!
